We love working with Elastic! We can help you realise a Project or a Proof of Concept at the customer. This is very useful if the customer has no Elastic knowledge or just wants functionality.
So what do we do exactly?
We deliver consultancy, managed services, and undertake projects. We do this for the entire Elastic stack, which means search use cases, observability use cases, SIEM use cases, and analytics. We have knowledge of Elastic, Kibana, Beats, Agents, and Logstash.
Consultancy
With our consultancy services, we help customers with Elastic-related issues on an hourly basis. We also offer prepared consultancy on demand. Customers can receive a discount when they pay in advance for consultancy.
Projects
When we approach the work as a project, we define KPIs and, in most cases, quote a fixed price to complete the project. The main difference from consultancy is that a project has a beginning and an end. Furthermore, the responsibility for delivery usually lies with PuurData.
Managed services
With our managed services offering, we manage the customer's Elastic environment. We monitor performance, accessibility, data consistency, and for instance, if data sources are still sending data. This is particularly for customers who only want certain functionality.
Elasticsearch and PuurData
PuurData has been a partner of Elastic for more than five years now. We currently hold Elite status. We operate primarily in the Benelux, but we also do business in the UK, Germany and France.
