PuurData and eSpecialisten launch eData.nu

eData is the joint venture between PuurData and eSpecialisten. eData helps organisations to make their data accessible in a structured and coherent manner and to gain a better understanding of it.

The amount of data and digital information within organisations is rapidly increasing. This not only places demands on storage but also on the ability to quickly find the right information. Information is stored on personal and shared network drives, in DMS systems, in case management systems, in e-depots, and in task-specific applications. Furthermore, the information is not only stored within the organisation itself but often also with connected parties. The Open Government Act (Woo) and the Public Access to Government Information Act (Wob) ensure that the importance of timely and accurate access to information is only increasing.

Concrete e-data applications

eData offers high-quality, innovative solutions that ensure all your information is quickly structured and accessible again. This allows you to undertake the necessary follow-up actions swiftly. eData has multiple immediately deployable applications for your organisation. These applications, developed in collaboration with our clients, are therefore highly practice-oriented. Furthermore, we are capable of addressing new challenges in the fields of searching, finding, and unlocking information quickly and adequately, together with you. Below are a few examples of readily available eData solutions:

  • eVINDENto analyse, unlock, structure, clean up and potentially phase out e-mail, network drives, document management systems and all other applications.
  • eWOZ enforcementA geographical map is created based on area analysis and object prioritisation, which will enable targeted enforcement.
  • eWob (including e-anonymisation): to quickly unlock all relevant pieces in a cohesive manner through targeted searching within large amounts of data. E-anonymisation can then be directly applied to privacy-sensitive data.
  • eCouncilInfoCouncil information optimally accessible for your organisation and for your residents and entrepreneurs. You can search all information, including full content documents, in milliseconds. The search results are not only complete, but also well-structured.
  • eFraudIn cases of suspected fraud, you would ideally want all relevant data immediately available. eData makes it possible to access all possible sources in a short space of time and make the information (even from tens of thousands of documents) fully searchable.

Get started with eData yourself

Getting started with eData solutions is simple and accessible. When you contact us, we'll visit you to discuss your case. Based on this, we'll make you a concrete proposal for a proof of concept with our innovative solutions. You won't have to wait long for the results: we only need a few days for that. If you're happy with the outcomes – just like our other clients – you can then directly implement the solution in production.
